One of the most noticeable buildings in Bandar Utama is the 1 Utama shopping complex. Here many people from Bandar Utama, SEA Park and Damansara Utama and Damansara Jaya gather to hang out with family and friends. Many events are held here because there is ample space and a stage on the ground floor.
